Lucy Wylde is a Birth Recovery Coach. Her work and passion lies in helping new mums to thrive (in body and mind), not just survive.
Lucy is a highly experienced postnatal exercise specialist, advanced yoga teacher, baby massage instructor, massage therapist and Mum, to Matilda, born in 2014. She has worked with the body for over 14 years and has a degree in Dance.
She lives in Reading as a solo mama and in her spare time loves to go on long country walks, read (lots of Brené Brown) in her cuddle chair, experimenting with cooking and she has a huge passion for dancing.

Director of Healthy Mind Psychology, Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist
Dr. Amber Johnston graduated with a Doctorate of Professional Psychology degree from George Washington University (U.S.A.) in 2009, later achieving a prestigious Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Bristol in 2016. She previously worked as a Therapy Manager on program development and large team management for more than 30 allied health professionals focused on neurorehabilitation in the UK. She is a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered Practitioner Psychologist and a Chartered Member of the Division of Clinical Psychology at the British Psychological Society. She founded Healthy Mind Psychology in 2019 and has established a unique practice for her team of associates to develop holistic treatments plans for patients focused on the powerful connections between the mind and body.
Amber is qualified to provide psychological therapy for individuals requiring empirically-validated treatment for Clinical Psychology diagnoses. She specialises in organizing and facilitating private outpatient treatment for individuals suffering from pain, those needing cognitive assessment or emotional support following a stroke or other neurological injury, those with complex chronic physical conditions and medically unexplained/stress symptoms and health anxieties. She has presented at a number of national conferences and public health events including Circle Conference and GP Practice talks, and works regularly with general practitioners to strengthen the psychological components of their healthcare programming.
Amber frequently seeks out the latest research and innovated approaches to neurological science and psychology that challenge the common narratives of the traditional medical community. She is passionate about enhancing the knowledge of the general public to understand components and applications of psychological science not often talked about.
James is a high quality professional and driven chef who provides his skills and food on our very own health retreats. He is passionate about cooking and firmly believes that food should be made using fresh, local and sustainable foods with a low carbon footprint.
