Yoga taught by our very own highly experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor. Lucy Wylde has over 25 years experience in yoga and has much more to offer. Lucy is a corner stone in the full experience of our health retreats.
Karate taught by a 7th Dan Blackbelt karate instructor with over 35 years experience. We will be teaching self defence, knife hand techniques and pad work.
A mix of exercise classes and Pilates classes will be taught by a variety of experienced clinical professionals to meet all abilities.
All of the food on these retreats are super healthy, tasty and made by our very own private chef, James Bonnett.
Guided meditation can take you to many places, unlock the power within, and give you control over your life.
Once a year New Health Retreats will be hosting an "Elite Retreat". This will be hosted abroad in a 5 star location with everything a normal retreat would offer plus; private pool, tennis court, and is for 5 nights.
Next years Elite Retreat will be in the south of France.

One of our main aims with these health retreats is to reunite yourself back in to nature. Whether that be through local walks, meditation, making homemade teas with the ingredients nature provides for us, or dipping your toes in to the sea, we promise to leave you feeling more at one with nature.
